I was pleasantly surprised by the rooms, which were better than I expected, although the smell upon arrival was quite off-putting. The staff provided a pleasant service, going out of their way to be friendly and helpful. The location seemed a bit run-down and sketchy, but it was in a really convenient area that allowed me to walk my dog. The dining experience was satisfactory, with free breakfast until 9:30 am. The facilities were adequate, with easy-to-use Refrigerator & Coffee maker available.

My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The location was convenient, close to many restaurants and easy dog walking options, but some services and dining fell short of expectations. The rooms were spacious, yet showing signs of wear and tear, while the friendly staff tried to make up for any shortcomings. Although the facilities were decent, the ongoing renovations affected the overall experience.
